Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for all activity under their account. You may not share your account or access credentials with others and must notify Workstory immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.
You may not use the Site or its services to develop, support, or enhance a competing product or service, including scraping, data extraction, or training competing systems.
You may not attempt to extract, replicate, or reverse engineer proprietary algorithms, models, or data from the Site.
You may not use automated systems in a manner that imposes unreasonable or disproportionately large loads on our infrastructure. Excessive bandwidth use, API calls, or storage abuse may result in suspension or restrictions.
Workstory reserves the right to monitor user activity and investigate any suspected violations of this Policy. We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the Site at our sole discretion.

Workstory may update this Policy from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Violations of this Policy may result in warnings, temporary suspension, permanent termination of access, or referral to law enforcement authorities. Workstory reserves the right to enforce appropriate remedies at its sole discretion.
Users must comply with all applicable local and international laws, including but not limited to export control, data protection, privacy, and intellectual property regulations.
This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the laws of Canada applicable therein.
Users may not use AI-generated content from the Site to mislead, impersonate, or violate intellectual property rights. AI tools are provided for informational and productivity purposes only.
